Poor Quality | Zero Customer Servce.
Heritage Topper didnt last must passed 18 months, lumpy and unusable.
Toppers should last up to 4-5 years.
How come the same topper we had from Mitre last near on 4 years with the same care taken.
Email from Mitre ignore, no answer when calling.
Company has ZERO interest in customer care.
AVOID.

Had a great experience with Mitre
Had a great experience with Mitre. Spoke to a lovely lady on customer services-she was friendly and helpful and immediately checked status of my parcel and contacted the relevant department. Item arrived within 2 days. Loved the robe and slippers too. All in all a very positive experience. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a 100%wool blanket on 4th Nov.
Gave it as a gift on 11th Nov
Received a different polyester blanket which was pointed out to me by the recipient.
Mitre told me it had been labelled incorrectly...!
Asked for a refund and 3 weeks later still waiting fo my money. Obviously a scam

Great Find!!!
Glad I came across this co. They soon answered my query for me online. Had slight trouble trying to open an account, which resulted in a phone call to Mitre. But they were very polite and helpful. Apart from that, my order arrived as expected. (Not Mitre’s fault courier posted parcel over my neighbour’s gate!) Well pleased with my order - quality good, colours as per pics. Bedding looks great with my colour scheme. Would certainly recommend/use this company again.
WHERE IS MY REFUND!!!!
I returned my items and they were signed for 4 weeks ago! Constant emails chasing my refund and no response what so ever. I sent these back to re order different items but I definitely won't be using again.

Never arrived, no communication
Ordered some slippers on 20th September and still not received them. No communication other than one reply to say not in stock. Now ignoring my emails. Terrible customer service. Requested a refund and ready for a battle with getting my money back
Didn't bother to let me know out of stock
Ordered several products and realised a few weeks later delivery was one item short - searched for it, emailed Mitre who told me it was out of stock and not back for a month. So why have it in stock on the website, take people's money, mess them around and not even email them that the item was out of stock for months? Total waste of time and sadly typical of the way many ecomerce sites now take your money knowing they have no stock

We stayed at a hotel and probably had one of the best nights sleep for a long time, the pillows were great. So we stripped off the pillowcase to find the manufacturer. It was Mitre Linen, so we ordered the two different pillows and the pillow protectors the same as the hotel had in the room. Guess what, the pillows that were delivered must be the worst pillows in the world, absolutely terrible, when you put your head on them they just go flat and that is it until you puff them up again, literary no bounce in them whatsoever. Never buy from them again.
Terrible in every sense
I've been ordering pillows form these guys for a few years now, I order the same pillows every time but started to notice inconsistencies in the quality. The most recent batch were bad so I arranged to return for a refund.
They arranged a collection without advising me, I wasn't home when Hermes came.
2nd time, collected all fine and had to chase refund as I hasn't heard anything in 10 days.
They issued a partial refund, for the pillows minus VAT and the postage. over ⅓ of the refund was missing.
I chased this up and received the rest of refund. They had to be reminded postage has to be refunded if the consumer opens a return within 14 days of product receipt.
Then (as reviewers here also mentioned) I receive a letter from their credit control department stating I owe them money. Guess how much for? The exact amount of refund I received. I don't even have a credit account.
After this experience, it is now my last with them. They tried to skimp me on the refund, I had to chase the refund and then try saying I owe them money.
Seriously terrible. Avoid.
Dreadful customer service and now…
Dreadful customer service and now trying to charge me for items I’ve already paid for.
I decided to order from mitre linen after staying in a hotel in Liverpool the pillows and mattress topper was extremely comfortable.
So I ordered online on the website which was hassle free I placed orders and paid via credit card. When I received the items certain items was not what I expected so I returned without any issues and was refunded for those items. One item Which I did keep was very poor quality and after one week of sleeping on it was flat and uncomfortable and was not what we expected and was definitely not worth the money we paid so I emailed mitre linen numerous times to explain this and requested a refund I did not get any response at all to which now I am in the process of liaising with my bank. Then out of the blue I now receive a letter from mitre linen stating I owe a overdue balance… I find this hard to believe due to the fact you take full card payments at the time of the order so at present whilst writing this review I am trying to sort out the issue but you can not get in contact with credit control the line is constantly engaged … all I can say is the customer service is atrocious I would avoid this company at all costs.
Good product with poor customer relstions
Product is good we bought because we slept on their toppers in Liverpool however service is dreadful.
Delivered two of the items we did not want and six of the items we did. Trying to sort it out was a nightmare, charged for two items despite pointing out their mistake and rejecting the unwanted items. They refused to credit unwanted items until they had collected their wrongly supplied items. Staff rude and most unhappy, had to pay for item on credit card or face charges. Would not recommend this company.

Having shopped with this company a few times now I can and do, highly recommend it 5* all the way, excellent products, great customer service and speedy deliveries... what’s not to like?!
